What is the default User Name and Password for QCS?

 

The default user name password combination for a new QCS database after installation is as follows:

• User Name = QCSMASTER
• Password = masterkey

Note: The password is case sensitive and user name is not. QCS will convert to uppercase the letters you type into the User Name field but will not do any conversion on the letters you type for the password so make sure they are all entered in lowercase.

The only privilege the QCSMASTER has over other logins is that the QCSMASTER login can create other logins. If you will have other users logging into your QCS site you should give them all separate logins.
